up to 49,99 €: 4,90 € shipping costs
From an order value of 50 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland
up to 69,99 €: 9,50 € shipping costs
From an order value of 70 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Please note: If the delivery is made to a country outside the EU, additional duties, taxes or fees may apply, which have to be paid directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. We recommend you to check the details with the authorities before ordering.

Please note: shipping costs are calculated on your shopping cart value. Digital vouchers do not count towards the required minimum order quantity, as they are generally free of shipping charges. The calculation takes place after deduction of all discounts.

Delivery times
We do our best that our ili elua products reach you as soon as possible. Currently, our delivery times for domestic deliveries (Germany) are approx. 1 - 4 working days after receipt of order, for international deliveries approx. 3-7 working days after receipt of order (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction). The delivery times apply from the moment the order has left our shipping warehouse or you have received your shipping confirmation. This may take 1-2 business days in addition to the delivery time. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
Our delivery to all countries with DHL "GoGreen", Deutsche Post, DPD and UPS carbon neutral is climate neutral, as is our environmentally friendly shipping packaging.
