By agreeing to receive our newsletter, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to Klaviyo servers in the United States of America.

We would like to point out that the United States of America does not have an adequate level of data protection in accordance with European data protection standards. This is done in accordance with the adequacy decision of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO to fulfill our legitimate interest in receiving information about the evaluation invitations in order to make optimizations based on this, if necessary, as well as to fulfill Judge.me's legitimate interest in being able to offer this service.

We are jointly responsible with Judge.me for sending rating invitations and for collecting and displaying rating or status information.

Within the framework of the joint responsibility existing between us and Judge.me Ltd., if you have any data protection questions and wish to assert your rights, please prefer to contact Judge.me Ltd., whose contact details can be found here [https://judge.me/privacy].
